Where does Bondi Wash ship?

Bondi Wash European website ships within Europe. Currently shipping to the UK is on hold.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the country we are shipping to, however we offer free shipping on orders over 50,00 Euros in selected countries. We use different couriers depending on the country. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

There are no flammable products in our range.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders can take between 1 and 10 days for delivery depending on the country.  Please email us if you need more details on shipping times.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  All payments are secure.

 What happens if I need my delivery urgently?

If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm exact delivery times.

What if I would like a refund?

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason.  Please send the products to:

and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged.  We do not cover return shipping costs.

What happens if my products arrive damaged or don’t arrive at all?

Bondi Wash is not responsible for products that have been damaged or lost in transit. Issues relating to damage or loss in transit are to be taken up with the relevant delivery service. If insurance is required, please email us prior to placing your order.

In case of any delivery issues related to your order please contact us at europe@bondiwash.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order.  If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs. 

What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else.  Please send the products to:

and let us know via email what you would like instead.  Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.

What is the last date to order for Christmas?

The last day for standard shipping is the 16th December, and the 18th December for express shipping to all capital cities.
